Title Sales Representative

This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with strong relationships in real estate, lending, and related industries. You will leverage your existing book of business while having the support, tools, and leadership needed to grow your market presence and long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow an existing book of business within the Colorado real estate market

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys

• Prospect for new business opportunities and expand market share

• Promote the company’s title and escrow services with professionalism and integrity

• Collaborate with internal escrow and title teams to ensure excellent client experiences

• Stay informed on market trends, industry changes, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Established book of business in the Colorado real estate market

• Prior experience in title, escrow, or related real estate sales

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

• Desire to grow, lead, and expand within a title company environment

• Valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle with the ability to travel locally
