Lemontree Healthcare is seeking an experienced and reliable Grill Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled meals for patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring that meals meet health and safety standards, dietary requirements, and patient preferences. The Grill Cook will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations, while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Grilling and Cooking :

Prepare and cook grilled items such as burgers, chicken, sandwiches, and other specialty dishes according to established recipes, dietary guidelines, and patient preferences.

Ensure that all meals are prepared fresh, following food safety standards and dietary guidelines.

Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products.

Ensure that grill station is adequately stocked with the necessary ingredients, condiments, and supplies throughout the shift.

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations, including preparing side dishes, salads, and other components of the meal.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
