Job Summary

Gold's Aquatics Club is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as a Swim Coach. As a Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. You will provide guidance, instruction, and support to athletes while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Coaching Experience : 1-3 years previous coaching experience with a proven track record of success in developing swimmers at various levels.
• Industry Expertise : Deep understanding of swimming techniques, training principles, and competitive strategies.
• Bold Leadership : Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
• Collaboration : Excellent communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills, with a heavy emphasis on listening.
• Certification : Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED and First Aid, and USA Swimming (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
• Technical Excellence : Familiarity with Team Unify, Meet Management software, and USA Swimming rules (if applicable).
• Availability : Work flexible hours, required evenings and weekends.

Compensation : $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
