Schedule consists of less than 25 hours per week, with the following availability :
- Flexible mornings or afternoon shifts
- Sundays off, plus one day off during the week
- Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM
- Please note that this schedule may change as needed.

The Member Services Representative position is responsible for providing quality member service delivery by telephone, process transaction requests, loan applications and provide product service and rate information. The duties of this position include but are not limited to :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES :
Maintain knowledge of Credit Union operations, including policy and procedure manualsComply with security procedures by participating in dual control functions, and interpreting forms and memos regarding members or other departmentsExplain the features and benefits of all Credit Union products and services to recommend and cross sell Credit Union products / services, as appropriateProvide deposit, loan rate and service informationEstablish new suffix accountsProcess LOC advances and wire transfersProvide merchant verifications and loan payoffsProcess loan applications, check orders, and credit card paymentsRelay appropriate information in response to member inquiriesQualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
A passion for people and providing exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA positive attitude and a genuine smile, even on the busiest of daysFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a contact center is a plus, but not requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
