Wage : $17.85 / hour (Up to $19.47 / hour after successful completion of a 90-working-day probationary period; DOE)

Browning Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Child Care Aide to join our team.

In this role, you will provide quality care and engaging activities for children enrolled in our child care program. This opportunity is perfect for those passionate about supporting children's growth and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Attend to children's basic needs while stimulating their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.

Develop and implement creative activities focusing on the development of each child.

Monitor child behavior and maintain communication with parents or guardians regarding progress and needs.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the care environment.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Two years of experience and / or education working with children.

Valid Montana driver's license.

Knowledge of behavior management techniques.

Physical ability to care for young children.
