- Monday through Friday until shift complete with on-call if requested
- Expected weekly productivity of 30 units
- Home health and adult care setting
- HCHB and Oasis experience required
- Two years acute care or rehabilitation experience required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
