Job Title : Business Analyst Role

Location : New Jersey

Experience Required : 0-3 years of Business Analyst experience

Visa Status : Open to U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders and H4 EAD

About the Role

As our Business Analyst , you'll be the bridge between business vision and technology execution . You'll uncover opportunities, analyze processes, and deliver insights that fuel smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements .

Create user stories, process maps, and workflows for new initiatives.

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports in SQL, Power BI, Tableau .

Collaborate with IT, Product, and Operations teams to drive solutions.

Support UAT, rollouts, and change adoption.

Deliver data-driven insights that shape business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of Business Analyst experience (industry-specific knowledge is a plus).

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills .

Proficiency with BI / reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology .

A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

NOTES : Freshers are considerable .
