Position Summary : The Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance, security, and availability of systems. This role includes providing technical support, managing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the IT Team and site leadership to align technology with operational needs.

Essential Functions :

Tier I

• Assist in planning and deploying new applications and enhancing existing ones.
• Manage user accounts, handle permissions, and oversee onboarding and offboarding.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
