Facilities Maintenance Worker

Location : Brentwood Facility (St. Louis, MO)

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Starting Salary : $20 / hr, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Summary :

The Facilities Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and operational reliability of the Brentwood facility. This includes routine cleaning, repairs, general maintenance, and support for facility operations to keep the environment safe, efficient, and fully functional. Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.

Organize, clean, and maintain facility spaces, including offices, labs, hallways, and common areas

Perform general repairs, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic mechanical troubleshooting

Support routine and preventative maintenance for facility equipment and building systems

Identify and promptly address maintenance needs and report more serious issues as needed

Assist with setup and breakdown for company events and facility functions

Safely operate hand and power tools, cleaning equipment, and maintenance tools

Regularly lift and move heavy items (over 50 lbs) for extended periods, as required by tasks

Collaborate with facility management and team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Respond promptly to requests or emergencies within the facility

Qualifications :

Prior experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or building operations is required

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
