Clinical Research Coordinator – Seattle, WA

Pay Rate : $30–$38 / hour

Schedule : Full-time, On-Site

Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with a strong passion for patient interaction. This role focuses heavily on pre-screening, consenting, and enrolling participants across multiple clinical trials within the health system.

This CRC will not be responsible for data entry, regulatory tasks, or administrative workflows, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in direct patient-facing coordination.

This CRC will work across a variety of clinical specialties, which may include :

Allergy & Infectious Disease
Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine
Cardiology
Dermatology
Emergency Medicine
Gastroenterology
Hematology
Oncology
Neurology
Ophthalmology

Responsibilities :

Pre-screen, consent, and enroll patients across multiple trials

Serve as a primary patient-facing coordinator

Support study teams across diverse therapeutic areas

Follow workflows and processes for research coordination

Work fully onsite in a window-limited environment with daylight-mimicking lighting

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator

Experience supporting industry-sponsored trials

Ability to coordinate trials independently with minimal training

Comfortable working fully onsite in a clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications :

ACRP or SOCRA certification

Experience in Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, or Neurology trials (these areas will likely be supported first)
