This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM AI Engineer in the United States.
This role provides the opportunity to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI tools for sales and business operations. You will build internal agentic workflows, front-end applications, and AI-powered solutions that empower a 1000+ member sales team. The position covers the full lifecycle from prototyping and proof-of-concept development to scaling, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance. You will work with cutting-edge AI models and low-code platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data securely and optimize usability. This is a fully remote role for professionals passionate about AI experimentation, automation, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead the full development lifecycle of internal AI tools, including prototyping, scaling for production, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build complex agentic workflows using platforms like Glean and N8N and develop front-end applications using low-code tools such as Retool and Cursor.
- Design and optimize prompts for AI models including Glean, Gemini, Perplexity, and others to solve multi-step business problems.
- Collaborate with product managers and data teams to integrate secure, governed data sources into AI applications.
- Ensure internal AI tools are user-friendly and adhere to UX best practices for non-technical business users.
- Manage resource consumption and costs for production AI applications while maintaining performance benchmarks.
- Create and maintain documentation and provide training for end-users of launched tools.
- Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration technologies.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on development experience in enterprise environments using AI / ML models.Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including context windows, token usage, compute costs, chunking, and performance benchmarks.Proficiency with scripting, SQL / SOQL, and Python fundamentals.Experience with prompt engineering for complex tasks and multi-step workflows using models like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or Grok.Familiarity with agentic ecosystems, orchestration layers, and multi-agent collaboration platforms (MCP / Agent2Agent).Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to experiment, iterate, and learn quickly from prototypes.Fully remote within the USA or Canada, and must already be located in-country.Benefits
