GTM AI Engineer (Remote - US)

This role provides the opportunity to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI tools for sales and business operations. You will build internal agentic workflows, front-end applications, and AI-powered solutions that empower a 1000+ member sales team. The position covers the full lifecycle from prototyping and proof-of-concept development to scaling, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance. You will work with cutting-edge AI models and low-code platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data securely and optimize usability. This is a fully remote role for professionals passionate about AI experimentation, automation, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle of internal AI tools, including prototyping, scaling for production, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build complex agentic workflows using platforms like Glean and N8N and develop front-end applications using low-code tools such as Retool and Cursor.
• Design and optimize prompts for AI models including Glean, Gemini, Perplexity, and others to solve multi-step business problems.
• Collaborate with product managers and data teams to integrate secure, governed data sources into AI applications.
• Ensure internal AI tools are user-friendly and adhere to UX best practices for non-technical business users.
• Manage resource consumption and costs for production AI applications while maintaining performance benchmarks.
• Create and maintain documentation and provide training for end-users of launched tools.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration technologies.
