Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse in our High Risk Antepartum Unit, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients, contributing to positive patient outcomes.
Your Responsibilities :
Provide skilled assessment and care for laboring mothers and newborns.Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to promote optimal health, prevent harm, and treat health conditions.Demonstrate the knowledge and skills to address physical, psycho / social, educational, and safety concerns for patients.Participate in Shared Governance and contribute ideas for improving nursing practice.Mindfully consider safety, effectiveness, and cost in planning and delivering nursing services.Qualifications :
