Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAPSupport global consolidation and intercompany elimination processesCollaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support the quarterly and year-end closeAssist in the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and related documentationMaintain and document compliance with SOX controls and internal accounting policiesAnalyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvementParticipate in system upgrades, automation initiatives, and special projects related to reporting and complianceQualifications for the Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA or progress toward certification preferred3-5 years of financial reporting or public accounting experience, ideally within a global or public companyStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX complianceExperience with SAP, Hyperion, or Workiva is a plusAdvanced Excel skills and strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills#SeniorFinancialReprortingAccountant
