As we continuously innovate and refine our care model, the role of the Child Behavior Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is essential. Through our specialized approach, we empower children with autism, guiding them towards realizing their full potential. Our methods are rooted in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach within the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission-driven care model.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
• Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification

Qualifications :

What We Offer :

Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time roles

Supportive training for RBT certification and best practices in ABA therapy
