Mail Room Specialist

A large technology firm in Redmond, WA is seeking a dedicated Mail Room Specialist to join their team full-time. This role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will manage various mail room functions including handling passport photos and processing outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities :

Work within the client shipping center.

Take passport photos.

Process outgoing shipments using FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

Utilize a mailing system for outbound shipments and tracking.

Essential Skills :

Proficiency in administrative support and customer service.

Experience with Excel data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to conduct data entry and perform filing and scanning tasks.

Knowledge of mailroom operations and mailing systems.

Capability to handle photography tasks, specifically passport photos.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Being a self-starter is essential.

1+ year of experience as a notary or in a mailing role is preferred.

Familiarity with UPS and FedEx systems.

Notary certification is advantageous.

Work Environment :

This position is based in a dynamic technology firm located in Redmond, WA. The work is entirely onsite, ensuring a collaborative and engaging atmosphere. The role is entry-level, making it ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in a professional environment. Dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
