Senior CNC Machinist – Aerospace | $27 - $33 / hr | Hartford County

Full-Time | 1st Shift | Contract-to-Hire | Precision Job Shop

Are you a highly skilled CNC Machinist with extensive Mazak and lathe experience? Join a leading aerospace precision shop where your expertise in programming, setup, and machining low-volume, high-mix parts will be valued and rewarded.

What You’ll Do :

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (Mazak) in a precision aerospace environment
• Perform conversational programming and read / interpret complex blueprints
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure first-pass quality
• Work with tight tolerances using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
• Produce small batch, custom parts with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and meet production timelines
