Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Regional Director to support our Dallas/Houston markets.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in Entrata is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and develop Community Managers and oversee on-site staff.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the annual budget process for each community and meet budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals for the portfolio.
- General Operations: Oversee the successful day-to-day operations at each community in the portfolio.
- Leasing & Marketing: Provide management guidance to Community Managers on leasing, marketing, lease expirations and renewals, and move-out/move-in processes.
- Maintenance Operations: Monitor maintenance operations to ensure efficient and effective resident service, curb appeal, adherence to budgetary guidelines, and apartment make readies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to prospects, residents, competitors, vendors, and all internal and external customers.
- Collegiality: Partner effectively with all on-site associates as well as associates from the corporate offices, and vendors.
- Special Projects: Coordinate and execute special projects and assignments as requested
