Roush is currently looking for a General Laborer to complete a variety of tasks within our Engine Build Department.  This is an entry level position that may lead to a career in skilled trades.

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for :

• Performing general manual labor tasks, including use of hand tools and support of team members during jobs Meeting daily goals Identifying any hazards as observed for safety of personnel and equipment Communicating issues with supervisors Performing any other duties as assigned including shop clean-up To be considered as a General Laborer, you will need : High school diploma or equivalent 18 years of age or older Experience working in a shop environment or equivalent military experience Dependable transportation Availability to work overtime and overtime and weekends when necessary Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record Self-starter, self-motivated, and willing to learn A successful General Laborer may also have : 1 year of experience working in a shop environment or equivalent military experience Valid driver's license Experience operating a hi-lo Experience packing and shipping parts Knowledge or hand tools If you share our passion for providing innovative solutions to complex challenges, we want you on our team.
