Menno Haven is seeking Resident Assistants to join our team! The Resident Assistant will provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to : ADL’s, feeding, personal hygiene, activities and companionship.

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
