Salesforce QA Lead

The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a QA Automation Lead who will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of automation solutions for web-based applications, with a particular emphasis on integrating Salesforce platforms and processes. This role combines technical expertise in automation development with strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that Salesforce automation framework and processes are optimized for quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including designing and developing test automation frameworks.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with WebDriver IO.
• 1+ years of experience in API Automation using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or ReadyAPI.
• 1+ years of experience in Azure DevOps for defect management, test management, and repository usage.

Advanced certifications in test automation, quality assurance, or Salesforce development / administration.

Required Skills : Salesforce domain experience, lead experience, automation experience. webdriver tools is highly preferred and would win out. would take ruby and cucumber exp if they do not have webdriver since that is what they use now. financial service cloud would be great but sales service cloud is fine as well.
