Front End Lead Engineer

Server Automation team is looking for an experienced and talented Front-End Lead Developer with a strong background in and a solid understanding of UI / UX design concepts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work with various teams to develop a common automation framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications using or similar JavaScript frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.

Integrate front-end applications with Java / Spring Boot based REST APIs.

Apply a solid understanding of UI / UX design principles and best practices to create visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and industry best practices.

Optimize application performance ensuring fast and responsive user interfaces.

Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the improvement of the overall development process.

Deploy and manage containerized applications on the Azure Cloud platform.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's front-end applications remain competitive and innovative.

REQUIREMENTS :

Experience in front-end development using or similar JavaScript framework.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES+) languages.

Familiarity with Java / Sprint Boot-based REST API Integration.

Proficient understanding of UI / UX design principles and best practices.

Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.

Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Understanding of software development process, build & test systems, automation tools is required.

Strong Analytical capability and problem-solving skills with attention to details.

Exceptional UI / UX Design skills are nice to have.
