As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in quality roles with our client partners. You’ll work with urgency to fill client orders, collaborate with payroll and HR departments, and ensure all employee onboarding and documentation are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place candidates for positions across branches as needed.
• Process applications and ensure all new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Onboarding Documents) is completed accurately.
• Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to generate reports, track candidates, update records, and streamline onboarding.
• Conduct all pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing interview coaching when needed.
• Present job offers and support candidates through the hiring process.
• Assist with payroll processing, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution.
• Take initiative and perform additional responsibilities to support the team and achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour DOE + commissions + bonus opportunities

Schedule

Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
