Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities :

  • Understand clients’ requirements (stories), come up with the story level design and translate into deliverables.

Requirements :

  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Experience in creating solutions using Angular; Writing robust, effective and scalable Angular code
  • Experience in cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API; Communicating with external web services
  • Expertise in Core Java, Java J2ee; Hands-on experience in building MVC based web applications using JSP / Struts framework
  • Experience with Oracle 12c database
  • Experience with Agile Development
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience designing solution approaches for large scale enterprise systems
  • Ability to learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Demonstrate excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    • Desired skills :

  • Hands-on Experience in OOPS
  • Experience with Telerik controls
  • Motivated and bright individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, comfortable in contributing fresh ideas and welcomes learning opportunities
  • Initiative, ownership, strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills
  • Curiosity about emerging technology trends and enjoy stimulating brainstorming discussions with a group of like-minded technology professionals

    • Pay range : $58.26 - $66.26
