Account Maintenance Clerk

What you will be doing:

• Validate current contact address for new collections database records.
• Perform daily research for Military exemptions, bankruptcy filings, deceased status
• Process affidavits confirming status and file with the courts.
• Process daily pre-suit and post-judgment letters, review for accuracy and prepare for mailing.
• Enter information from filed judgments into our collection database.
• Process document uploads to various clients, maintenance file uploads to client portals.
• Perform batch phone number searches and batch cell phone identification searches.

What we are looking for:

• Prefer a minimum of a 2-year college degree in related field
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Proven ability to work in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to analyze and problem solve
• Good basic (add/subtract/multiply/divide) office mathematical skills are required
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
• Strong ability to process a large volume of work in an efficient and precise manner
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
