Nexus Family Healing, Gerard Campus is looking to add a Facilities Supervisor to join our team! Nexus Family Healing is a national nonprofit network of mental health agencies with over 50 years of restoring hope for thousands of children and families through outpatient / community mental health services, foster care, adoption, and residential treatment. Pay / Schedule : Starting Salary : $67,000 - $69,000 Annually Full-time, Monday - Friday. Occasional on call evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Position Summary :

The Facilities Supervisor leads the maintenance, grounds keeping, utility systems and housekeeping functions of the operating agency or location. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring renovation, repair and construction projects at the Agency while adhering to all rules, regulations and codes relating to the safety and security of the buildings, grounds, residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements :

Required Education and Licensure : 5 years related experience required; 1 year supervisor and a related vocational degree preferred. First Aid / CPR / Infection Control Certification required annually. Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements. Boiler License or the ability to obtain and maintain a Boiler Operator License.
