Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,623 per week

Excite Health Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Salinas, California.

Minimum 2 years experience working in ER setting.  Will accept first time travelers in this department.

Requirements : Licensed as a RN in the State of California, BLS, ACLS and PALS issued through American Heart Association, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications

Will be scheduled 4 weeks at a time and be on a shift rotation.  All shifts will work every other weekend.

Charting : Meditech.  WOWs are provided to each RN for charting; Medication Administration : Pyxis;  IV Pumps : Solaris

Scrubs :   Any color of professional scrubs.  No other facility logos permitted.

Orientation :   Will accommodate start any day of the week.  Will start in Human Resources and complete paperwork and obtain badge, next onto Occupational Health for Respiratory Fit Test and then will meet with Nursing Education to complete appropriate testing for their unit.  All RNs will take a medication test the first day.  After testing, will go to the unit to finish their shift with a Clinical Preceptor.  Will be provided additional orientation to unit as needed based on RN’s skill set.
