Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the center.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide information about services and assist with patient check-in / check-out processes.
• Handle phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Uphold a clean and organized front desk area.
• Address any patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
