Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing insights that guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is skilled in translating complex data into actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance, audience engagement, and overall ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple marketing channels (digital, email, social media, paid media, CRM, etc.)
- Measure and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, targeting, and spend allocation
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings to marketing and leadership teams
- Support A / B testing, audience segmentation, and market research initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and finance to align data insights with business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitive performance to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field25 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or business intelligenceProficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or LookerStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics and platforms (SEO, SEM, social, email)Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills; experience with SQL or Python is a plusExcellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skillsNice to Have
