Overview
Do you have a passion for helping people and building relationships? We're looking for a motivated Group Volunteer Benefits Sales Field Agent to connect with organizations, introduce our group benefit programs, and help members access valuable financial protection. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Agent to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct outside sales by meeting with community organizations, non-profits, and employer groups in person.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with group leaders and members.
• Educate decision-makers and members on our volunteer benefits program.
• Assist in enrollment events, presentations, and community outreach.
• Provide ongoing customer service and support to enrolled members.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Prior outside sales or community outreach experience preferred (but not required).
• A passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Compensation: $43,989.24 - $68,976.29 per year
