    • About the Role

    As a Painter in Training , youll work alongside experienced painters and drywall finishers, learning the skills to become a pro. Youll help prep, paint, and finish residential and commercial projects throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles areas.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with painting and drywall jobs
  • Prep walls and surfaces for paint or finish
  • Use ladders and basic tools
  • Keep the job site clean and organized
  • Learn safety protocols and craftsmanship standards
  • Work closely with the crew to support each project

    • Youre a Great Fit If You

  • Are at least 19 years old
  • Have 1-3 years of experience
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Are dependable and willing to learn
  • Are comfortable on ladders and moving throughout the day
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs
  • Take pride in showing up on time and doing quality work
