Team Red Dog is looking for a Program Manager 3 for Reporting & Analytics Development to join our Global Technology client's team in Redmond, WA. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead a small team of developers while collaborating closely with engineers and business stakeholders. If you're passionate about reporting, data analytics, and project management, this role offers the chance to drive impactful reporting solutions for a high-visibility supply chain transformation initiative.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves) :

  • Reporting and Data Analytics (Power BI or similar, 5+ years) : Proven experience in building, delivering, and refining business reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Project Management (3–5 years) : Ability to lead reporting and analytics initiatives, manage cross-functional timelines, and deliver on project milestones.
  • Technical Collaboration (Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar, 3–5 years) : Skilled at working with developers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Opportunity Overview :

How you will make an impact :

  • Lead a small team of developers to design and deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Gather and refine business requirements for reporting and analytics deliverables.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and data teams to define and align on KPIs.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance standards are applied across datasets.
  • Manage UAT testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide program management support, including schedules, risk / issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Deliver executive and stakeholder reports with insights into program performance and business adoption.
  • The expertise you bring :

  • 5–7 years of experience in reporting and analytics roles.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience leading reporting / analytics projects.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams (U.S. and India preferred).
