Pay Information $450 to $525 per hour About The Position Cardiothoracic Surgery Locums Coverage in Pennsylvania - Block Schedule Seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for an ongoing locums assignment in Pennsylvania. This interim coverage need starts early 2026 and offers a desirable block schedule. Highlights Consistent 10-consecutive-day block schedule per month Low daily volume : 0-1 cases, 1-2 consults Malpractice insurance included Credentialing support provided Practice Setting Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Adult patient population On-site APP and extensive specialty support Schedule 10 consecutive days of coverage needed monthly 24-hour shift coverage (in-house and pager) Shifts include 4-6 hours of daily rounding 20-minute call response time required Procedures and Cases Cases include post cardiac cath evals, emergency OR, and emergency consults Rounding with APPs Procedures : CABG, Mitral, Aortic TAVR supervision Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) Board Certification : Cardiovascular / Thoracic Surgery (CAQ) Active ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum 36 months of experience Credentialing Requirements Credentialing timeframe is ~45 days Temporary and emergency privileges available Active Pennsylvania license or active IMLC LOQ Travel Accommodations Travel and lodging accommodations provided for your assignment Reach out today to discuss the details of this assignment. 1672510EXPPLAT About Curative Finding the right job shouldn’t be a hassle.
