Area Sales Representative - Los Angeles East

At Springboard Wine & Spirits, we pride ourselves on representing the finest selection of fine wines and spirits, along with delivering the best service and hospitality in the business. We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to build upon existing business in the Los Angeles area, including DTLA, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Glendale, and Pasadena.

If you're a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional with a passion and joy for wine and spirits, we want you on our team. We value professionalism, drive, and a solid background in the wine and spirits industry.

While experience in wholesale wine sales is a significant plus, it's not mandatory. What matters most is your hunger for success, your understanding of the market, and your passion for the product. Bonus points if you already have a network of contacts within the territory.

Our spirits portfolio includes many of the most exciting, up-and-coming boutique producers. We offer a carefully selected group of boutique producers making Tequila, Mezcal, Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, cordials, and a best-in-market group of Non-Alcoholic products.

Position :

Title : Fine Wine and Spirits Sales Representative

Territory : Los Angeles East

Type : Full Time

Compensation :

This is a commission-based position - earning range from $60k - $90k+

Responsibilities :

Managing accounts in the restaurant and retail sectors

Strategically expanding the account base

Delivering compelling product presentations

Processing orders and providing follow-up support

Conducting staff training sessions

Collaborating with suppliers

Qualifications :

Exceptional sales abilities

Professional demeanor and appearance

Passion for selling wine and supporting small wineries and distilleries

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented mindset

Preferred : Experience in wine sales and familiarity with industry contacts and buyers

Valid driver's license

REPORTS TO :

Regional Sales Manager

A strong knowledge of the Los Angeles area's wine and food community, as well as residency within the territory, is strongly preferred.
