Job descriptionProven experience in auto body repair (fiberglass, plastic, and metal) Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Comfortable working in a non-shop environment (yard / mobile setup) Limited training and informational resources will be provided, but technicians should be capable of performing hands-on repairs independently Pay Rate : $50 / hr Hours : ~20 hrs / week, flexible days and times based on company needs Locations : Charlotte, NC Flexible part-time schedule Competitive hourly rate Work on a diverse fleet of vehicles (motorcoaches, cars, vans, trucks, mini buses) Access to informational resources and limited training for company-specific needs Be part of a professional, growing transportation company

About the Role
Adventure Tours is seeking skilled part-time Auto Body Technicians to support our diverse fleet, which includes motorcoaches, cars, vans, trucks, and mini buses . This role offers flexible scheduling (approx. 20 hours / week), competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a mobile / yard environment, keeping our vehicles in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs on fiberglass, plastic, and metal surfaces
- Complete minor to moderate collision and cosmetic repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles
- Work independently in a yard / mobile setting with company tools and materials
- Ensure quality workmanship that meets safety and appearance standards
- Communicate with supervisors regarding repair needs and timelines
