As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations to help create a secure environment for all personnel. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This post requires driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support operations at the manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual conditions. Complete thorough and accurate reports regarding activities and incidents observed during patrols. Collaborate with client personnel and / or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies. Monitor access points and visitor entry to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as needed. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and / or military roles. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
