Job Description

The Industrial Mechanic role is critical to ensuring that production runs smoothly. With a wide range of tools at your disposal, you will be responsible for upgrading, maintaining, and installing equipment to ensure continuous operation for the next 100 years.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture production parts and upgrade equipment modifications.
• Monitor and maintain proper parts inventory.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule with proper documentation.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
• Cut and weld material to repair broken parts, fabricate / machine new parts, or assemble new equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance performed.
• Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment.
• Read and interpret manufacturers' manuals to determine the correct installation or operation of machinery.
• Follow all plant and OSHA procedures, performing all duties safely and in accordance with all work and safety rules, and established work and industry practices.
