Burtons Grill, LLC, a restaurant group with two concepts and 30 locations along the east coast, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand growth and support corporate goals. The position is hybrid, three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a broad array of projects of varying size and complexity, including :
- Digital Marketing : Help execute strategies to build brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Digital Marketing : Schedule guest-facing digital communications including email campaigns, in-app messaging, website activations, social media posts, etc.
- Digital Marketing : Audit content and functionality of website and other platforms on continuous basis and troubleshoot when necessary.
- Digital Marketing : Track and analyze metrics for continuous improvement.
- Social Media & Public Relations : Assist with social media community management.
- Social Media & Public Relations : Maintain photo asset library; perform photo editing for various use cases.
- Social Media & Public Relations : Assemble and archive editorial mentions from media sources.
- Local Store Marketing & Corporate Philanthropy : Facilitate donation requests received through company website in collaboration with restaurant teams and in partnership with community organizations.
- Local Store Marketing & Corporate Philanthropy : Coordinate company-branded swag program, including sourcing, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Marketing Support : Assist with development of presentations and KPI reports.
- Marketing Support : Coordinate routine budgeting and billing tasks.
- Marketing Support : Assist marketing team with ad-hoc projects and administrative responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.1-3 years’ marketing experience preferred; recent graduates must have relevant internship experience.Experience with Wordpress websites and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Seniority level : Entry level
