A company is looking for a DAPO Specialist (Pharmacy) to support healthcare program operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Process DAPO work items, including pharmacy and provider data updates accurately and timely
Review provider and pharmacy records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations
Follow operational workflows to resolve discrepancies and document updates in accordance with policies
Required Qualifications
Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
1-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy environments, or related fields
Experience performing data entry or record updates with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a structured remote environment
