Key Responsibilities

Streamline onboarding and enhance automation efficiency for CX tools
Monitor AI and automation tool performance, implementing QA frameworks and optimizing workflows
Qualifications
3-5 years in CX operations, support systems, or AI workflow configuration
Experience managing or administering SaaS tools and CX platforms
Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
Familiarity with AI configuration workflows and QA frameworks
Hands-on experience with CX automation platforms is preferred
