5-day work week (including the last week of the month).
Hours : Mon-Fri 9-7; Sat 9-5
Fast growing
Our average Sales Professional averages 12-15 units per month

We are looking for a highly motivated, competitive, and detail oriented individual to join our sales team. As an Automotive Salesperson at Canton Ford, you will be a key player in providing an outstanding car-buying experience for our customers. Your role will involve guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from the initial greeting to the final sale and on going follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Active Listening

Offer detailed and accurate information about features, specifications, and benefits of various vehicles

Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, showcasing key features that align with the customer's needs

Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives

Lead customers through entire sales process from selection to financing options and final delivery and paperwork.

Keep all records and customer interactions in Dealership CRM

Qualifications

Education and Experience - High School Diploma Required & College degree or study in business or marketing a plus

Valid Drivers License

2 years experience in a Sales Role, ideally within the automotive industry

Exceptional Communication skills and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers

Strong motivation and goal oriented

Ability to thrive in fast pace environment and multi-task

Flexibility to work evening, weekends and some holidays as needed

Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
