Join our client, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in an impactful Accounts Payable role. Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to their mission-driven work.

Position : Accounts Payable Clerk

Location : Tarrytown, NY

Compensation : $50-55K

Work Modality : 100% in-office

Responsibilities :

  • The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for sorting and date-stamping incoming mail.
  • The Account Payable Clerk is responsible for data entry of all invoices, cross-referencing P.O., and checking request forms received in a timely manner daily.
  • The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the daily scanning of invoices, mailing, and scanning of checks, ACH, and credit card payments into the Blackbaud and AP folder.
  • Reconcile Vendor Statements to ensure open invoices are entered in the accounting ledger.
  • Organize and maintain the accounts Payable filing and scanning
  • Get approvals for invoices submitted
  • Assist with year-end audit and other tasks as assigned by Accounts Payable

    • Desired Skills :

  • At least one year of accounts payable or related finance experience
