A company is looking for an Oracle HCM PaaS Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Provide consultative business and system integration services for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design effective HCM system architectures

Lead technical discussions and troubleshoot complex integration issues

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and related integration services

Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field

US citizenship and work authorization are required; no security clearance necessary
