Pilot Systems Engineering Manager

You will be the manager for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Pilot Systems Engineering (PSE) Team, a group of highly talented, current and former aviators, specializing in providing aircrew specific subject matter expertise across several lines of business including F-35, Integrated Fighter Group (IFG), Advanced Development Programs (ADP) and Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM).

As the Pilot Systems Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :

• Leading efforts to provide multiple lines of business with functional support through technical direction, staffing and guidance.
• Managing multiple Control Account Managers (CAM) in the execution of contracts following Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.
• Providing Subject Matter Expertise to at least one of the PSE Team's supported platforms.
