Position Summary
We are seeking a Pharmacy Packer Clerk to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes managing inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting various logistical tasks. This role involves assisting with packouts of product, managing inventory accuracy, maintaining warehouse organization, and handling product shipments and deliveries. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The role is critical to supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Packing & Labeling
- Assemble and pack items according to order specifications.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Ensure packages are properly sealed and protected to prevent damage in transit.
2. Quality Control
Inspect products for defects, damage, or inaccuracies before packing.Verify the correct quantity and type of items are included in each order.Report discrepancies or quality issues promptly to a supervisor.3. Material Handling & Inventory Support
Replenish packing supplies such as boxes, tape, and cushioning materials.Assist with counting, organizing, and maintaining stock as needed.4. Workplace Organization & Safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.Follow company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.Work collaboratively with co-workers to maintain efficiency and workflow.Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Experience : Prior Warehouse or packing experience helpful but not required
Skills :
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.Desired Attributes

Location : On-siteSchedule : 40 hours per week with availability during high business demands, peak periods or operational escalations for additional hours.Regular meetings with teams, departments, or leadership to ensure alignment.Key Essential Functions
Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours at a time while workingMust perform repetitive motions for an entire shift : bending, reaching, lifting, scanning.Must be able to work onsite for all shifts.Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments of materials and products.Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency across warehouse systems.Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company protocols and temperature requirements.Stage and organize products for daily packouts, including handling ice packs and temperature-sensitive items.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.Support recycling and waste management processes, including bailing cardboard and maintaining organized disposal areas.Assist with replenishing and rotating stock to ensure product integrity and efficient workflow.Collaborate with warehouse leadership to identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards to maintain compliance with pharmacy and logistics operations.Employment Classification
