Condo Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Condo Processor responsible for the accurate and compliant processing of condo and PUD loan files.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and review condo and PUD documentation, submitting complete loan packages for approval

Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing

Communicate effectively with sales teams and ensure closing dates are met

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of loan industry experience preferred

Experience processing Conventional and Government (FHA / VA) loans

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision

High level of integrity and confidentiality required
