Job description

JoinourteamasaServiceOfficeManager,whereyouwillplayapivotalroleinensuringsmoothandefficientofficeoperations.Youwillleadadedicatedteam,coordinateadministrativetasks,andsupportourservicedepartmenttoenhanceoverallproductivity.Ifyouareadetail-orientedleaderwithapassionforoptimizingofficefunctions,weinviteyoutocontributetooursuccess.JobResponsibilities-Overseedailyoperationsoftheserviceofficetoensureefficientandeffectiveservicedelivery.-Manageandsuperviseofficestaff,includinghiring,training,andperformanceevaluations.-Coordinateandscheduleserviceappointmentsandensuretimelyservicedelivery.24 / 7servicecalldispatching.-Maintainaccuraterecordsofservicetransactions,customerinteractions,andofficeexpenditures.-Monitorandmanageinventoryofofficesuppliesandservicematerials.-Handlecustomerinquiries,complaints,andfeedbacktoensurehighlevelsofcustomerservice.-Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,industryregulations,andhealthandsafetystandards.-Leadandparticipateincontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceservicequalityandefficiency.-Facilitatecommunicationbetweentheserviceofficeandotherdepartmentstoresolveissuesandimproveprocesses.-MaterialOrdering-ServiceContractManagementandCustomerSetup-SubcontractManagement-JobCompletionandstatusreview-ApInvoiceManagement / ReviewJobRequirements-Bachelorsdegreeinbusinessadministration,Management,orarelatedfield.-Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinofficemanagementorasimilarrole.-Provenleadershipandteammanagementskills.-Excellentorganizationalandmultitaskingabilities.-Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills.-Proficiencyinofficesoftware,includingMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandschedulingtools.-Abilitytoimplementandmanageofficepoliciesandprocedures.-Strongproblem-solvinganddecision-makingskills.-Highlevelofattentiontodetailandaccuracy.-Understandingofhealthandsafetyregulationsinaworkplace.-Abilitytoworkindependentlyandhandleconfidentialinformationwithdiscretion.-Experienceinmanagingfacilityoperationsandmaintenance.PI9f28f18b9ac6-29952-38817183 #FalseRequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
