FT- Shift Supervisor- Grand Island, NY

We are searching for friendly and energetic full-time Shift Supervisors at our locations in Grand Island, NY for mornings (6am-2pm) & afternoons (1pm-9pm) to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining a clean, well-run restaurant.

To be successful as a Shift Supervisor, you should exercise effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance. Ultimately, a top-performing Shift Supervisor should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience.

Job Description

Customer Service :

• Lead by example in demonstrating and reinforcing positive customer service behaviors
• Respond to customer service complaints, resolving problems, and turning negative situations into positive ones
• Assist in scheduling staff breaks and tasks to maintain high Tim Hortons standards throughout the day
• Be flexible on the floor to troubleshoot and address any issues as needed
