BIM Modeler

Must Haves :

• 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling, CAD, or document control support.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, with proficiency in 2D / 3D tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SmartPlant, Revit, Navisworks, Inventor).
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with P&IDs, Smart P&ID tools (e.g., AutoCAD Plant 3D) or Autodesk CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360)

The BIM Modeler / Services Technician will play a crucial role in BIM / CAD Support. Process turned-over models and drawings, ensuring proper structure, metadata, and compliance with our project standards. Update AutoCAD files as needed. Help Assign equipment tag numbers, drawing numbers and line numbers. This role is ideal for someone early in their BIM career, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to build deep technical skills.
