Substitute Master Esthetics Instructor

Available to work between the hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Monday -Friday, as needed.

Job Summary :

Bridgerland Technical College is looking for an energetic and motivated substitute instructor to work with Master Esthetics students. Flexibility and availability on short notice are important, as well as someone who enjoys working with students and clients.

Qualification : High School Diploma, a valid Utah Master Esthetician license, and some industry and / or teaching experience.

Responsibilities Include :

• Follow instructor's lesson plans in a way that ensures consistency and optimal learning, and that encourages students to participate.
• Assign classwork and homework as necessary, according to the instructor's lesson plans.
• Modify teaching to fit the learning styles of various students.
• Maintain a well-managed classroom and / or lab area and a positive learning environment.
• Supervise and assist students who are providing customer services at the lab / salon areas.
