Job Description

1. Creates plans according to schedules and assignments, and acts independently to carry them out.
2. Takes moderate to complex business requirements and models them in ERP applications. Learns and applies expertise on details concerning technical requirements.
3. Assures that solution designs meet requirements for scalability, performance and quality in accordance with negotiated service level agreements. Drives decisions related to architecture and design.
4. Delegates tasks and/or responsibilities to team members for action according to their level of experience and assigned accountability.
5. Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC).
6. Ensures applications processes are followed consistently and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, etc.
7. Experience in conducting testing including design and execution of test cases.
8. Performs work related to configuring, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading ERP applications and processes. Responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of systems, methodologies, standards and processes that result in the ability to create and manage the ERP solution.
9. Supports management in recruiting, hiring, and career development.
10. Creates application architectures and designs and configures complex enterprise applications based on the business requirements.
11. Leads the review, business case development and implementation of software development tools, methodology and software development standards.
12. May be called upon to serve as Project Manager in support of significant projects within their assigned functional area.
13. Assists with the development of work breakdown structures, project plans, and skills required. to develop and implement applications.
14. Documents, develops, tests, deploys, and supports application code in support of business requirements.
15. Independently prepares requirements, specifications, and business process map with minimal supervision.

2. Provide thought leadership to key business leaders on business process designs to leverage world class process and current technology options for transformational business change. .
3. Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings concerning specific projects or other activities. .
4. Ability to lead/facilitate cross-functional teams and meetings. .
5. Serves as technical expert in one or more applications within a portfolio. .
6. Demonstrates innovation, foresight and mature IT architectural judgment in anticipating and solving complex IT architectural problems. .
